We are a fully furnished community with a full bedroom and living room package. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances such as a dishwasher, sink with a garbage disposal, a refrigerator, an oven with a gas-range stove and microwave!

If something stops working correctly, our residents have 24-hour access to their resident portal where they can submit a work order online. Our maintenance staff will receive the request and fix the issue accordingly within 24-48 hours!

Application fees are $50 per person and our security deposit fee is $400.
WIFI and internet is included within your base rent amount. The other utilities such as Electric, Water/Sewer, and Trash will be billed back to the residents based on the sole usage of their apartment.
We have a gated parking garage onsite. We offer a variety of reserved single and tandem spots, as well as a few EV charging spots with an additional fee! Spots are limited.
